NFL Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, Donovan McNabb will miss the game against the New England Patriots because of a sprained ankle and injured thumb. McNabb has not practiced all week, after hurting the thumb on his throwing hand against the Miami Dolphins last Sunday and he left the football game after injuring his ankle in the 2nd quarter. McNabb had returned ahead of schedule from a torn knee ligament which occurred early last season, McNabb has started every game. 3 times in the past 6 years, injuries have ended his regular season.
A.J. Feeley, will start for the underdog Philadelphia Eagles against the Patriots. Feeley led his team to a pair of touchdowns in a 17-7 victory over the Dolphins last sunday. The last time Feeley made the first start was when he led the Miami Dolphins over Cleveland on December 26, 2004.
