Four years of the Washington Redskins collecting and grooming a nucleus of gifted offensive football players and   what is the result this season? Well the lack of breakout performances is blinding. The problems are particularly confusing considering quarterback Jason Campbell is exceeding expectations in his first season as a starter. Even his growth and lively arm have not resulted in a more productive offense. Injuries have abounded and stunted the Washington Redskins' offense. Randle El hurt his hamstring and he had been off to his career best start.  Moss has suffered a repeated groin injury and is finally back playing. The Washington Redskins offense is currently ranked 25th in the NFL and the big plays have been missing when they should have been outstanding in the second season since Al Saunders took over the offense. Coach Joe Gibbs has said he wants to get some big plays down the field, but they haven't found a way to get it done yet. He said, " That has been a big negative for us...it is something that we want to try and correct."
