ESPN’s Wendi Nix reports that Brett Favre’s plane is expected to land in Green Bay at 6:30 p.m. ET because he has been…reinstated. Favre doesn’t plan to attend the team’s sold-out Packer’s Family Night tonight at Lambreau Field.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell reinstated Favre today, as reported by ESPN’s Ed Werder.
Favre will be greeted by Packers Officials when he arrives. They have yet to confirm his reinstatement because Sunday is not an official business day. Brett Favre is expected to be at training camp Monday, August 4, by 1p.m. ET. The team will make a roster move regarding him at that time.
