Pride does come before the fall!  Bill Belichick must have been loaded with it going into Super Bowl XLII against the New York Giants, thinking the NFC consisted of novice teams!  Right!  Wake up! The Patriots can be beaten and were beaten on February 3, 2008!  A missed call when Pro-Bowl kicker Gostkowski remained on the sidelines in the late 3rd quarter when there was a fourth and 13 on the Giants 32, the score was 7-3 and the offensive unit remained on the field!

Belichick must have had his eyes veiled with pride and didn't see he missed the play.  Live and learn coach! 18-11!
