Terrell Owens, wearing dark sunglasses and fighting back tears, begged the press not to blame Tony Romo for the Dallas Cowboys' unbelievable loss to the underdog New York Giants on Sunday. Owens insisted it was the entire team's fault for under-performing in the game which could have landed the Cowboys in the National Championship Football Conference championship game which would lead to Super Bowl XLII.

Is there really a Jessica Simpson hex? Her quarterback boyfriend Tony Romo boloed two of his last three NFL games after the loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Terrell Owens wailed, "This is not about Tony. You guys can point the finger at him. You can talk about the vacation.  And if you do that, it's really unfair.  It's really unfair.  It's my team. It's my quarterback.  If you guys do that, man, it's unfair. We lost as a team.  We lost as a team, man."

Well boo-hoo.  It will be OK little boy, don't cry.

Maybe it was the Jessica Simpson hex?  You know you can't blame the poor team, can you? Let's examine the facts. At the December 16, 2007 Dallas Cowboy game against the Philadelphia Eagles Jessica dared to wear a pink Dallas jersey with Tony Romo's number on it.  Who does she think she is?

The Dallas Cowboys ended up losing 10-6 in this worst game statistically, for Romo, ever. The Cowboys had lost only one game that season up until the Eagles loss and then a loss to the New England Patriots. The Cowboys won the next game, lost against the Redskins and then to the Giants.

It must be the Jessica Simpson Hex!  I hope nothing else makes Terrell cry!
