The Redskins will begin training camp in 3 weeks.  In the past a new coach would have spent th first week proving to the team who was boss. Not for new coach, Jim Zorn who has had organized team activities that lasted most of the off season and mini camps during the spring. No time will be wasted.  The players already respect him.

Zorn will focus on getting the football into the hands of the Redskins' made-over receivers. Santana Moss entering his 4th season as the Skins top receiver.  Antwan Randle El is returning for his third season.A pair of rookies were added in the draft who should play major roles in offense. Devin Thomas of Michigan State was the Redskins' first choice at No. 34 and considered by some the draft's best receiver prospect. Malcolm Kelly, former Oklahoma Sooner should also make major contributions.

The Redskins receivers were used as often last year as Floridians use snow shovels.
